For some people choosing hair extensions is very easy. For others it can be difficult to get an exact match to your own hair. Your goal should be to either find a match or something that might blend in nicely. If you are struggling, we can help! What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards via our online paypal gateway. It is one of the most trusted and secured methods for completing online transactions. You do not need a paypal account to purchase via this method. Regrettably we cannot accept bank transfers, cheques, postal orders, money orders or cash. Please do not send money in the mail as any money received will be donated to charity. How quickly after receiving my payment do you send my order?
Very quickly! If your order is received before 2pm (on a weekday) it will typically be dispatched the next working day for standard UK, Europe and rest of the world delivery. For next day, guaranteed before 1pm and Saturday delivery, items will be dispatched the same day (if your order is received before 2pm)
When will I receive my order?
For standard UK delivery you should expect to receive your item within 3- 5 working days. For orders in Europe and rest of the world 7- 10 working days.
If you have upgraded your delivery option and your order is received before 2pm on a weekday, the following time scales can be expected:
Next day- you will receive your order the next day
Next day guaranteed before 1 pm- you will receive your order the next day before 1pm
Saturday guaranteed delivery- you will receive your order on Saturday
Please note that we can't predict delays due to weather or traffic conditions. That could potentially result in a delay or late delivery so we just ask for your patience in the unlikely event that happens!
Outside the UK, items typically arrive in approximately 7-10 working days. Delays can occur depending on how fast items can clear customs and your local delivery services. If your item hasn't arrived within 3 business days’ time frame please allow for any delivery issues that may be happening (postal strike action, extreme weather, odd delay). We promise to get you your item as quickly as possible to you in these rare circumstances.
How will you send my order?
Currently we are shipping all items via royal mail or interlink express. In some circumstances we may use an alternative if necessary. For our international customers, your local postal service will deliver your item. All items will be sent with a tracking number that is emailed to your registered email address after the item is shipped! Check your junk email folder if you haven't received this tracking number within 1 business day!
What are your Christmas Delivery Schedules?
Our lines will be closed from Saturday 22nd December and will re-open on Friday 4th January 2019.
Don't worry you will still be able to place online orders during this period however please note the following delivery dispatch schedules:
The last day of dispatch before 22/12/2018 will be on Friday 21st December 2018. Orders need to be placed by 2pm for dispatch on 21/12/2018.
All orders placed between 22/12/2018 to 03/01/2019 will be dispatched on Friday 4th January 2019.
If you place an order and want to make sure you receive it the next day after dispatch (see above schedule) please select 'Next Day Delivery' option at checkout.
